Hello........ Welcome to my Blog......

Being a Medium :

I was born 1964 in Mankato Mn. I was named Tara by my parents who liked the name and found it in a name book.As an adult I came to find of a place in Ireland named " The Hill of Tara. On this hill are ancient stones. I was surprised to find this is a place where people go to speak to their deceased loved ones. I have had the ability to see spirit all my life. One of my first experiences was when I was 7. It was one week after My Grandpa Mike had passed away I saw him sitting in the very rocking chair that he had made in our living room. Seeing spirit runs in my family. .My Grandmother Martha also had this ability .
In 2003 I left my Job and started seeing clients on a full- time basis.

My Raw Food Experience :

I have been into Raw foods for 4 years.. My friend Michael who was a raw foodist at the time gave me Shazzies book " Detox your World " http://www.shazzie.com/and I found it amazing ! I immediately went from a 8 yr Vegan diet to a Vegan Raw Food transitional diet.. 80 % Raw... Then 100 % Raw I felt great !

Then some stressful family events occurred in my life and I went back to eating 50 % cooked food and I did not feel so good ! Now I am on 80 % Raw food and heading towards 100 %

This time I did have some detox symptoms on 100 % so I went back to 80 % to slow it down and this has worked.
It is my intention with this blog to bridge the gap of Raw Foods and Spirituality..... You don't need to be a Raw Foodist to be Spiritual .I believe we are all living here on earth on a Spiritual path and it's up to us to recognize it and it's up to us as to what we do with it ! For me where you are Spiritually comes first before what you eat. Everything in our lives is connected and we are connected to everything and everyone including the earth. My blog will bring information and experiences about this.
I have also purchased the domain RawSpiritualLife.com and It will be up and running in the near future.. Here I will bring you information , books , videos , all information bridging Living Foods and Spirituality.
My next Blog will include " Why eat a diet of Raw Foods and How it has affected my Physically and Emotionally and Spiritually " I am also figuring out how to add more links as I have many to share with you !
